🚨 Police Seek Public Help to Locate David Black, 63, Missing from Albury

Albury police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating David Black, a 63-year-old man who has been reported missing from the state's south.

Mr. Black was last seen around 9am yesterday, Monday 7 July 2025, at a motel situated on Hume Street, Albury. He has not been able to be contacted or located since, prompting officers from the Murray River Police District to launch an investigation into his whereabouts.

Both police and Mr. Black's family have expressed significant concerns for his welfare.

Description of David Black

  • Appearance: Caucasian
  • Height: Approximately 200cm (6 feet 7 inches) tall
  • Build: Solid
  • Hair: Grey
  • Beard: Grey
  • Eyes: Blue

When he was last seen, David was wearing a black t-shirt, a black long coat, green shorts, and black shoes. It is believed he may be travelling in a silver Ford Falcon Ute, which has Queensland registration plates displaying '883NO9'.

Anyone who may have seen David Black or has information regarding his current location is urged to contact Crime Stoppers. Information can be provided anonymously and will be treated with strict confidentiality. Members of the public are reminded not to report information via NSW Police social media pages.
