🚆 XPT Service Alert: Coaches Replace Sydney to Bathurst Leg

Travellers heading to Bathurst are advised of an alteration to XPT train services due to an operational issue impacting a portion of the route. Passengers embarking on their journey from Sydney will now find the initial leg replaced by road coaches.

These coaches will transport individuals directly to Bathurst. Upon arrival in the regional city, passengers will then transfer and join the XPT train to continue the remainder of their journey as planned. Transport for NSW has confirmed this change affects the CLK427 service.

Despite the disruption for those travelling from Sydney, the service from Lithgow is expected to depart on schedule, ensuring that commuters from that point onwards will experience no delays to their XPT travel.
