🚓 Police Arrest Three, Seize Stolen Vehicle in Burwood

Burwood residents should be aware of recent police activity in the area. Taskforce Falcon officers have made significant progress in their investigation into a stolen vehicle incident. Following the arrest of three individuals and seizure of a stolen vehicle on June 4, 2025, a fourth suspect has been apprehended.

The initial arrests involved a stolen Toyota Hilux. A 14-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl, and a 20-year-old man were taken into custody after a pursuit. The 20-year-old faces charges related to the stolen vehicle, drug possession, and accessory to property damage by fire. The teenagers were also charged in relation to the stolen vehicle and property damage. The boy additionally faced bail violation charges.

On June 5, 2025, a 15-year-old male was arrested in Ashfield and brought to Burwood Police Station for questioning. He is expected to face charges related to the stolen car.
