🚧 Pacific Motorway Roadworks Affect Wyee Commuters

Motorists in Wyee and surrounds who regularly travel southbound on the Pacific Motorway are advised of upcoming scheduled roadworks near Kiar, specifically at Hue Hue Road.

Transport for NSW has announced that these essential works will take place nightly from 8:00pm until 5:00am, affecting traffic on both Sundays and weekdays. A reduced speed limit of 40 kilometres per hour will be in effect throughout the work zone to ensure the safety of both workers and motorists.

Traffic controllers will be on site to manage the flow of vehicles and provide directions. Drivers are urged to check signage carefully and exercise caution when navigating through the area. Specific instructions are also in place for oversized and overmass (OSOM) vehicles, which are required to contact the Works Supervisor on 0458 215 602, utilise wide load bays, and adhere to strict lane width restrictions of 3.5 metres with 1-metre shoulders.

Wyee commuters should plan their journeys accordingly to allow for potential delays during these overnight work periods.
