🚧 Southbound Sydney Harbour Tunnel Closures to Affect Milsons Point Commuters

Milsons Point motorists are advised to plan their journeys carefully as the Sydney Harbour Tunnel's southbound lanes will undergo scheduled overnight closures for maintenance work over the coming weeks.

These essential roadworks will see the southbound tunnel closed from Monday through to Sunday, impacting travel from North Sydney towards the city.

Scheduled Closure Times:

• Monday to Thursday: Tunnel closed from 10:00pm to 5:00am
• Friday to Sunday: Tunnel closed from 11:00pm to 5:00am

During these closure periods, all southbound traffic will be diverted. Vehicles under 19 metres in length should use the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Cahill Expressway. For GML B-doubles 19 metres and over, the recommended diversion is via Victoria Road and Gladesville Bridge. HML B-doubles are advised to consult the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Map for specific guidance.

Transport for NSW encourages all drivers, especially those commuting through Milsons Point, to allow extra travel time and plan their routes in advance to minimise delays.
