🚧 Pennant Hills Road Night Works Bring Traffic Changes
Planned utility roadwork is set to impact traffic on Pennant Hills Road in Carlingford this week, with motorists advised to expect delays and changed conditions during night-time hours.
The scheduled work will take place on Pennant Hills Road, between Murray Farm Road and Alamein Avenue, affecting all directions of travel. Operations are slated for Tuesday and Wednesday nights, commencing at 9:30pm and concluding at 5:00am on both days.
Drivers travelling through Carlingford during these times should be aware of a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h in the affected zone. Additionally, traffic lights at the intersection of Pennant Hills Road and North Rocks Road will be flashing yellow. Alternating stop/slow traffic conditions will be implemented to allow vehicles to pass one direction at a time.
Transport for NSW advises motorists to allow extra travel time, adhere to all signage, and exercise caution when navigating the area. This essential utility work is part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve Carlingford's infrastructure.
