🚨 Urgent Appeal: Missing 12-year-old Maddison Moate

Local police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 12-year-old girl, Maddison Moate, who has been reported missing from Sydney's south. While last seen in Sans Souci, Maddison is known to frequent areas including Sutherland, prompting a local appeal for information.

Maddison was last observed at approximately 11am on Monday, 28 July 2025. When she could not be located or contacted, officers from St George Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries into her whereabouts. Given her age, police hold significant concerns for Maddison's welfare.

Maddison is described as being of Caucasian appearance, standing between 160cm and 165cm tall, with a medium build and long, black hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a distinctive dark navy-blue hoodie, featuring 'Los Angeles' written on the front and stars on the back, dark blue tracksuit pants, and black and white Nike shoes.

Authorities urge anyone who may have seen Maddison, or has any information regarding her whereabouts, to contact St George Police or Crime Stoppers immediately on 1800 333 000. Information can be provided confidentially.
