Two men have been formally charged by police following a large-scale brawl that erupted in Castle Hill earlier this week.

Officers from The Hills Police Area Command were called to Sexton Avenue, Castle Hill, around 7am on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, after receiving reports of an altercation involving more than 20 individuals. By the time police arrived, most of those involved had dispersed.

Investigators were informed that the dispute involved two distinct groups, both reportedly dressed in hi-visibility workwear and construction attire.

NSW Ambulance paramedics attended the scene, providing medical attention to two men, aged 43 and 55, who sustained minor injuries. Both were subsequently transported to Westmead Hospital for further assessment.

Following ongoing inquiries, a 42-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were arrested at Castle Hill Police Station on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

The 42-year-old has been charged with intimidation and affray, while the 22-year-old faces charges of intimidation, affray, and assault. Both men were granted conditional bail and are scheduled to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
