The establishment, operated by Shreeyansh Foods Pty Ltd at 291 Kildare Road, Doonside, was fined for allegedly failing to maintain its premises and all fixtures, fittings, and equipment to the required standard of cleanliness. The alleged offence took place on April 29, 2025.

The penalty notice, issued by the NSW Food Authority, was officially served on April 30, 2025. This action underscores the ongoing commitment to upholding public health and safety standards across food businesses in the Doonside area.
