A Doonside food establishment, Mix N Match Bakery, located at 4 Hill End Road, has been issued an $880 penalty notice for breaches of the Food Standards Code.

The notice, served by Blacktown City Council on behalf of the NSW Food Authority, stems from an alleged offence on 12 May 2025. The specific nature of the offence involved a failure to take all practicable measures to prevent pests from entering the premises and to eradicate and prevent their harbourage.
