๐Ÿ”ฅ Leppington Grass Fire Contained by RFS Crews

Rural Fire Service (RFS) firefighters have contained a grass fire that broke out in Leppington on Tuesday afternoon. The blaze, located at 89 Dwyer Road, was reported as under control as of 2:50 PM on October 15, 2025.

Crews from the NSW Rural Fire Service were dispatched to the scene and worked to extinguish the fire, which impacted a grassed area. Fortunately, the fire was kept to a small size, with no acreage reported lost.

The Camden Council area, which includes Leppington, has seen various weather events this year. In August, the area experienced significant rainfall leading to flooding, with some residents facing disruptions.
