The incident, categorised as a minor unplanned crash, is impacting eastbound traffic on the Hume Highway, particularly as motorists approach Hector Street.

Reports indicate that Lane 1 of the eastbound lanes is currently closed, out of a total of three lanes. Drivers travelling through Bass Hill are advised to reduce their speed and prepare to merge due to the lane closure.
