๐Ÿš‚ Kogarah Commuters Face Skips Due to Operational Issue

Transport AlertsUnknown Cause 1 min read

Kogarah commuters are facing significant disruptions to train services with Transport for NSW issuing an alert that trains are currently not stopping at several local stations.

Due to an unspecified operational issue, services on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line are bypassing Kogarah, Arncliffe, Banksia, Rockdale, Carlton, and Allawah stations. This operational problem is causing significant delays for travellers.

Previously, a technical problem and urgent track repairs at Bondi Junction had led to modified services and the possibility of altered train stops. This latest update specifies that trains are actively skipping these key stations, rather than just experiencing modified services.

Passengers are strongly advised to allow for extra travel time and to consult real-time service information via official Transport for NSW channels, station screens, and onboard announcements before commencing their journeys.
