🚧 Night Resurfacing on Old Northern Road in Wisemans Ferry

Drivers travelling through Wisemans Ferry are advised to prepare for scheduled night resurfacing works on a section of Old Northern Road later this month.

The essential road maintenance will affect the stretch of Old Northern Road located between River Road and Wisemans (Vehicle) Ferry, with work planned for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday nights. Operations are scheduled to commence at 8:00 PM and conclude by 5:00 AM on each of these nights, starting from Thursday, 26th September, and concluding on Tuesday morning, 30th September.

Traffic Management in Place

During these periods, portable traffic devices will be in operation, managing vehicle flow to allow motorists to pass in one direction at a time. A reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in effect throughout the work zone for the safety of both workers and drivers.
