🚧 Oxley Highway Roadworks Begin in Wauchope this July

Motorists travelling through Wauchope are advised to plan for upcoming scheduled roadworks on the Oxley Highway, at its intersection with Spotted Gum Boulevard. These essential works are set to begin on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, and are expected to continue daily until Thursday, July 31, 2025.

The roadworks will impact both directions of the Oxley Highway, operating all day for the duration of the period. A reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place throughout the affected area to ensure the safety of both workers and road users.

Drivers should check signage and exercise caution when approaching the site. Traffic controllers will be on hand to direct motorists through the work zone. Transport for NSW advises that travellers should allow approximately five minutes of additional travel time during this period.
