⚠️ Brindabella Park Alerts: Closures, Wet Trails & 1080 Baiting
Police are appealing for public assistance to locate 14-year-old Aislinn Mortlock, who has been reported missing from Queanbeyan. Aislinn was last seen in Queanbeyan at approximately 7:20am yesterday, Wednesday 13 August 2025.
When she could not be contacted or located, officers from the Monaro Police District were notified and have since commenced extensive inquiries into her whereabouts. Both police and Aislinn's family hold significant concerns for her welfare, particularly due to her young age.
Aislinn is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with a thin build and approximately 145cm tall, with brown hair. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing black Nike tights, a light grey jumper, a black puffer vest, and ugg-style boots.
Investigations suggest Aislinn is known to frequent areas within Queanbeyan and Googong, as well as several locations across the Australian Capital Territory including Erindale, Wanniassa, Condor, and Gordon.
Anyone who may have seen Aislinn or has information regarding her current whereabouts is urged to contact Queanbeyan Police Station. The public is reminded not to report information via NSW Police social media pages.
