Reports indicate that the MVA, which occurred at approximately 11:29 PM on October 6, 2025, involved a vehicle at the location of Bundeena Drive, Royal National Park. The RFS confirmed that the situation was swiftly brought under control, with no active fire reported.
The Sutherland Council area incident did not involve a fire and was contained to zero hectares, affirming the quick and effective response from the responsible agency, the Rural Fire Service, ensuring public safety in our beautiful Royal National Park.
