🚨 Helensburgh: Another Fire Alarm at Garrawarra Centre

Emergency services were called to the Garrawarra Centre on Princes Highway, Waterfall, near Helensburgh, earlier this morning following reports of a fire alarm.

The NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) is currently on scene responding to the incident, which was reported at approximately 8:27 AM on Saturday, June 29, 2025.

Initial assessments indicate that while the alarm was triggered, no actual fire has been detected at the location. The incident is currently classified as a fire alarm with no area affected.

This marks another call-out to the Garrawarra Centre for the RFS, though each incident is assessed independently. Residents in the Helensburgh area can be assured that the RFS is managing the situation.
