Wollongong Police are urgently appealing for public assistance to locate 35-year-old Siobhan Scott, who was last seen in Wollongong on Friday, 24 October 2025, around 8:30 am.

Siobhan's disappearance has prompted officers attached to Wollongong Police District to launch an inquiry into her whereabouts, as both police and her family hold serious concerns for her welfare. She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 160cm tall with a thin build, black shoulder-length hair, and distinctive green/hazel eyes. Siobhan also has a butterfly tattoo on her left wrist. When last seen, she was wearing a black zip-up jacket, blue three-quarter length jeans, and thongs, and was carrying a red bag.

Siobhan is known to frequent the Wollongong area. Her image has been circulated on NSW Police Force social media channels in the hope that community members may have seen her.

The public's quick response in missing persons cases is crucial. While most individuals reported missing are found swiftly, statistics from the NSW Police Force indicate that an average of 28 people go missing across New South Wales daily, highlighting the significant role public appeals play in investigations.

Police wish to remind the community that there is no mandatory 24-hour waiting period to report a person missing if there are genuine concerns for their safety or welfare, and reports can be made immediately.
