🚧 Kirkland Avenue, Bega Roadworks: Temporary Closure Ahead

Residents and commuters in Bega should be aware of upcoming planned roadworks on Kirkland Avenue that will result in a temporary closure.

Transport for NSW has announced that road surface stabilisation works will be carried out by contractors and Council staff. These works will affect Kirkland Avenue between Carp Street and Meringo Street, closing the road in both directions for the duration of the project.

Drivers are advised to check signage and plan their journeys accordingly. A detour will be in place via Upper and Peden Street. Motorists are encouraged to use this alternative route to avoid delays.
