Get ready for an exciting weekend of model railways and plastic kits! The Goulburn Model Railway Expo, organised by the Georges River Model Railway Club, is set to take place at the Veolia Arena in Goulburn from August 29th to 31st, 2025.
A fantastic event for all ages
Over 70 trade stands and exhibitors will be showcasing model railway layouts and a wide selection of plastic model kits. Whether you're a seasoned modeller or just starting out, there's something for everyone. Expert modellers are also available to help answer any questions and provide guidance.
More than just models
In addition to the incredible displays, the expo will offer modelling workshops. You'll also be able to enjoy a community BBQ throughout the weekend, with all proceeds going directly to charity.
Special Train for Expo
A special heritage train, The Southern Highlands Express, will be offering a return journey on Sunday from Central Station to the expo and back. This is perfect for a day trip out to the expo.
