Three men have been arrested and three cars seized in Austral as part of Taskforce Falcon operations.

On Wednesday, June 5th, Taskforce Falcon officers executed a search warrant at a property in Austral, locating three allegedly stolen vehicles: a Volkswagen Golf, a BMW, and a Lexus. These vehicles were reportedly stolen between May 25th and May 28th, 2025.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of possessing suspected stolen goods (motor vehicle). He has been granted bail and is due to appear in Liverpool Local Court on July 16th, 2025.

During the property search, police also discovered four gel blasters disguised as semi-automatic pistols and a revolver, along with a hydroponic setup containing six cannabis plants.

Two additional men, aged 52 and 41, were also arrested. The 52-year-old was charged with possessing an unauthorised firearm, failing to safely keep a prohibited firearm, and possessing a small quantity of drugs. He was refused bail and appeared in Liverpool Local Court today, June 5th, 2025. The 41-year-old was charged with cultivating a prohibited plant.
