🚨 An Viet Street Food in Dee Why Fined for Safety Breach

An Viet Street Food, located at 9 The Strand, Dee Why, has been issued a $660 penalty notice by the Northern Beaches Council for failing to appoint a food safety supervisor. The fine was issued on behalf of the NSW Food Authority.

According to the notice, An Phat Trading PTY LTD, trading as An Viet Street Food, did not ensure that at least one food safety supervisor was appointed for the premises. The alleged offence occurred on June 12, 2025, and the penalty notice was served on June 17, 2025.

The NSW Food Authority requires all food businesses to have a designated food safety supervisor to ensure compliance with food safety standards and to protect public health in Dee Why.
