Dee Why police are appealing to the community for urgent assistance in locating a man reported missing from the Northern Beaches suburb.
Trevor Baxter, 47, was last seen on Pittwater Road, Dee Why, at approximately 3:45 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Authorities were notified when he could not be contacted and concerns for his welfare are mounting due to existing medical conditions.
Mr Baxter is described as being of Caucasian appearance, standing about 165cm tall with a medium build, and distinctive brown/purple short receding hair. When last seen, he was wearing black reading glasses, a maroon 'Sea Eagles' football hoodie, black and green striped shorts, pink socks, and white sneakers with a red logo. He was also carrying a bright hot pink backpack or bag.
Police note that Trevor is known to frequent the Dee Why RSL gaming room, as well as other locations across the Northern Beaches and the Sydney CBD. Anyone who may have seen Trevor or has information regarding his current whereabouts is urged to contact Dee Why Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. All information will be treated with strict confidence.
