🚧 Special Event Clearways on Chalmers St for Trackwork

Residents and commuters in Surry Hills are advised of upcoming special event clearways on Chalmers Street this weekend, put in place to accommodate replacement bus operations for Sydney Trains trackwork.

These strict no-parking zones will be active on both the western and eastern sides of Chalmers Street. Specifically, restrictions apply on the western side between Cleveland Street and Devonshire Street, and on the eastern side between Cleveland Street and Rutland Street.

The clearways will be in effect from 2:00 am on Saturday until 11:59 pm on Saturday, and again from 12:00 am on Sunday until 2:00 am on Sunday. Drivers are urged to check signage carefully, as vehicles left in clearways will be towed, and a fee will apply for recovery.
